Three ways to reach the desk

Pick whichever suits the message. A page correction travels fastest through the form, because the note lands next to the URL you paste. Registration questions work well by email, and anything that needs back-and-forth can be settled on the phone during working hours.

Write to the editorial desk

Tell us which page you mean and what looks wrong, or ask the question you came with. The more concrete the detail, the faster we can respond usefully.

  • Include the page address if your note is about something specific on the site.
  • For a registration question, add the product name and the code you are trying to verify.
  • Use an email address you can open, so our confirmation reaches you.

Please do not send personal health details. We cannot offer personal guidance, and a pharmacist or physician is the right conversation for anything about your own situation.

What to write to us about

Ingredient descriptions you think are wrong. Product format details that don't match what you're seeing in retail — capsule count, serving size, whether the label lists a blend or single amounts. Registration questions about a specific listing, where the information sits on a carton, or what happens when a code you copied does not return anything. Suggestions for topics we have not covered yet, especially around reading a label properly or comparing one men's vitamin formula with another.

We are an editorial site, so the most useful messages point at something specific on a page and explain what looks off. A quote from a manufacturer's page, a photograph of what you actually bought, or a note that a formula name appears in two different places on our own pages all help. Broad questions about natural supplements for men are welcome too, and we will answer from what our guides already cover where we can.

What we cannot help with

We don't give personal guidance on your own circumstances, and we don't suggest particular products for particular people. We don't sell supplements, so we can't take orders or check whether something is in stock. Questions about your current circumstances or anything you have been prescribed belong with a pharmacist or physician, and we will say so plainly if your note arrives in that territory.

What we can do is explain ingredients, formats, and how a supplement is registered in Indonesia, and point you at the guide that covers it. If a page of ours is unclear or out of date, that is squarely our problem to fix.

A photograph of the packaging you are asking about is often the fastest way to show us what you mean.

Where the desk sits

Our editorial desk is in Jakarta and runs on Indonesian working hours. Notes that arrive overnight are read the next working morning.

We work from a desk rather than a counter, so there is no walk-in service and no stock to browse. If you are nearby and want to drop off a printed note, call first and we will tell you which door to use.

What happens after you send a message

Messages arrive in the editorial inbox, and a person reads them. If your message is a correction, we check it against source material before updating a page. If it is a question we can answer from our own content, we reply directly. We confirm receipt through the form, so check that the email address you enter is one you can access.

Typical reply times

We usually respond within two to three working days. Correction requests tied to a specific page tend to be faster because the review path is clear.

Questions that need us to check product listings or regulatory records take longer. If a week passes without a reply, resend your message — it is more likely to be an inbox issue than an ignored note.

  1. It lands in a real inbox Nothing is sorted away automatically. The first person who opens the inbox reads the whole note, including any attachment you sent.
  2. We check it against sources A correction gets compared with what the manufacturer publishes and with the registration information we can reach before anything on the page changes. If the two disagree, we say which one our guide followed and why.
  3. The page gets rewritten or you get an answer Corrections that hold up are folded into the guide, with the wording changed rather than a note appended at the bottom. Questions we can answer from our own content get a direct reply instead.
  4. Your details stay yours If you use the form, we collect the details you enter so we can reply. We don't sell contact information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without your asking. Our privacy policy explains what is collected and how it is handled, and you can request removal of your details at any time by writing to the same address.

Before you write

A few questions come in often enough that they are worth answering here first. If yours is not on the list, the form above is the right place for it.

Can you tell me which supplement to buy?
No. We describe ingredients, formats, and how registration works, but we do not pick products for individual readers. What we can do is explain what to look for on a label and how to confirm that a listing is registered, so the decision stays yours and your pharmacist's.
How do I ask about a specific registration number?
Include the product name, the brand as it appears on the carton, and the code you are trying to verify. If the code does not return a result anywhere you have looked, say where you looked and what came back — that detail saves a round of messages.
Do you write about energy and endurance formulas?
Yes. Our guide to energy and endurance formulas walks through the common ingredient families, what a serving typically contains, and how those products sit inside an ordinary daily routine. If something there is unclear, that is exactly the kind of note we want.
I found an error on a page. What should I send?
Paste the page address, quote the sentence or figure that looks wrong, and say what you expected to see instead. A link to wherever you read the other version helps more than a long explanation. Correction requests get priority over general enquiries.
Why has nobody answered my message yet?
Most replies go out within two to three working days. Notes that need a check against product listings or registration records can take longer. If a week has passed, send it again — a repeat is far more likely to be an inbox problem on our side than a note we ignored.

One note is enough to start

Tell us what you were reading and what did not add up. A correction, a question about how a men's vitamin formula is described, or a suggestion for a guide we have not written yet — all of it reaches the same desk.

We publish ingredient explanations, label-reading guides, and registration checks — we do not sell supplements and we do not give personal guidance.
